Ordering and Returns

Simple Ordering


  • Click the Quote & Buy button next to your chosen product and complete the short form. That’s all there is to it.



What information do I send?

  • We will need a list of products you are interested in, quantity, and print colours. Plus if you have a deadline, tell us so we can let you know our best delivery time.


  • You can upload your artwork through the website or by email in the following formats: PDF, CDR, EPS, AI.


How do we quote?

  • We will send you detailed quote for each required product, including delivery costs and a timeframe.


  • If you are happy with the quote we will send an Invoice. You can pay by bank transfer (BACS), credit and debit cards or Paypal.


  • Within 24 hours of receipt of payment we will send you a PDF Artwork Order Confirmation for your approval. We recommend you print this and check you are happy with the size and colours, as well as spelling and details such as phone number and web address.


How long will my order take?


  • As soon as we receive your approval we will start printing. The process typically takes up to 14 working days.


  • We will notify you by email when your order has been printed and dispatched, giving you courier and tracking details.


  • We send most of our orders by DPD, UKMail, ParcelForce courier service and all deliveries will require a signature. Every effort is made to deliver on time, but any delivery day or lead-time specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay in transit, or error in the delivery of the goods.



What if I am not happy with the product?


We have high standards and lots of happy customers, so we are sure you will be pleased with your order.


However, if for any reason the product you received is not as you approved then we will reprint your order or provide a refund.


Our printed products are bespoke and customised just for you, so unless the products are faulty we are sorry but we do not accept returns. We make no warranties as to the suitability of a product for a particular use. Image colour, lightness, and darkness are subjective and not grounds for return. Please let us know about faulty products within 7 days of receipt, and return them to us in their original packaging and in good condition.

If your order is damaged in transit please inform us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can raise this with the delivery company.
